Four of the six Oak Harbor teams were in action Saturday at Ft. Nugent Park, 3 of them at home.
On the road, the senior Wildcats held on to their tied for 2nd place with a 20-14 win at Arlington Gold. The 'Cats are now 5-1 on the season.
At home, the Jaguars game was a nail-biter as the game went down to the wire. In the end, it was Oak Harbor 18, Burlington Gold 13. The Jaguars remain undefeated and along in first place in the junior division.

Another winner Saturday were the Panthers, who improved to 2-3 on the season with a 36-14 victory over Burlington Blue.

Finally, in another game that went down to the final seconds, the Pumas fell to Ferndale 32-25. Ferndale had a big lead, but a late comeback by the Pumas was thwarted when Ferndale fell on the onside kick. The Pumas are now 3-2 and in a tie for 5th place.

The 4-1 Bobcats and 1-4 Cougars both had byes.
Next weekend has all six teams in action with four games at Ft. Nugent. The Cougars take on Burlington Gold at 9am, the Jags face Bellingham at 11am, Wildcats vs Lakewood at 3pm and the Pumas vs Mt. Vernon at 3pm.
