Volleyball camp update

I went back to the high school today (Wednesday) and took over 100 more photos, including some group photos of the campers and counselors.

Coach Molitor would like, again, to thank the WWU volleyball staff and players - there was an assistant coach and 4 players that spent all day every day for 3 days with our girls.

"our" girls consisted of over 40 campers, ranging from incoming 8th graders to incoming seniors. Oak Harbor had the largest presence, Coupeville brought most of their team, and even Anacortes High School was represented - with a single camper.

I spend several hours in the gym and the girls all looked like they were having fun, and in speaking with the counselors, they had fun as well.

Official volleyball tryouts and the beginning of the practice season is August 25th. At OHHS, Coach Molitor will be having 2-a-days for the first week at least, with the first practice from 11am-2pm and second from 3:30-6:30pm.
