Girls Basketball - Fall league 11-09

The Oak Harbor Girls basketball teams, both JV and Varsity, played their final Fall League games at Skagit Valley College on November 9th. Both teams played at the same time in the same gym against the same school - Stanwood.
The JV team was down by a lot early, but battled back in the 2nd half. They couldn't close the game and lost 21-27. The Varsity was amost the opposite, sprinting out to an early double-digit lead at the half, but allowing Stanwood to crawl back. The varsity girls, playing most of the game with only 5 players total were able to hold off the late Spartan charge and won 28-23.
