The boys JV tennis team had matches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week, one a makeup of a rained out match.
Wednesday the Mountlake Terrace Hawks were at OHHS and the OH boys played one of their best matches. Singles Vance Freitas and Flint Snyder both won in straight sets and the doubles team of Tabor Rupp and Ziwei Peng won in a 3rd-set tiebreaker, but winning the 3 matches wasn't enough as MLT won the day 4-3.
Thursday the JV team was at Shorecrest and were swept 7-0 and Friday Freitas won the only OH match, in a 5-7, 6-4, 1-0(5) tiebreaker against Marysville-Getchell.

The varsity squad played on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, winning one of the 3 matches.
At OHHS on Tuesday, Carlos Neto Gioia, Will Southard won in singles while doubles teams David Kusnick and Harrison Miller & Ben Harrison and Cameron Bester all won in straight sets to give the Wildcats a 4-3 victory. OH also won an exhibition doubles match with Jacob Nelson and Zach Akker the victors.
Wednesday the boys were at Mountlake Terrace only #1 singles Carlos Neto Gioia and #3 singles Will Southard won their matches. MLT won the day 5-2.
On Thursday, only Southard was able to defeat his opponent, winning 6-4, 6-1. OH 1, Shorecrest 6.
