Wednesday the Oak Harbor freshman football team played their second game of the season against Stanwood, this time at home.
On the Spartans' home field on Sep 23rd, the 'Cats squeaked out a 16-14 win, but on Wednesday the team just could not get the offense going and fall 12-2, the lone score coming when Michael Fisken, coming in from his linebacker spot on a blitz, tackled the Stanwood QB in the end zone.
They travel to Pilchuck on Wednesday the 28th to end the regular season against the Tomahawks, then travel to Edmonds Stadium on Nov 4th to take on Meadowdale.
