Oak Harbor travel should reduce a bit next year due to changes in the WESCO alignment caused by school size shifts.
Oak Harbor will remain a 3A school. Stanwood and Marysville-Pilchuck are moving down to 3A, Lynnwood to 4A, and Mt. Vernon will move to 4A and rejoin WESCO.
With the additonal 3A teams, WESCO will now be split into 4 divisions:
WESCO 3A North: Everett, Pilchuck, Getchell, Oak Harbor, Stanwood
WESCO 3A South: Glacier Peak, Meadowdale, Shorecrest, Shorewood, Mountlake Terrace
WESCO 4A North: Arlington, Lake Stevens, Monroe, Mt. Vernon, Snohomish
WESCO 4A South: Cascade, Edmonds-Woodway, Jackson, Kamiak, Lynnwood, Mariner.
