At Liberty High School in Issaquah, Senior Tina Alter defeated two other girls in the 160 lb weight class to take home the championship.
In her 2nd match, it wasn't even close as she beat Mt. Baker's Katie Weide 12-1 to earn a trip to the Mat Classic in Tacoma next weekend.
There's another name many OHHS seniors might be familiar with listed in the girls wrestling brackets - Lauren Watts, who now attends Burlington-Edison HS finished 2nd in her weight class and also earned a trip to the Dome.
