The Wildcats were beat up by a strong, experienced Warriors team Tuesday afternoon in Edmonds, falling 13-3. Jay Stout again was the starting pitcher, and added a double along with Rosen and Byrne. Coach Van Dam is using these preseason games to continue tweaking the lineup so the team will be ready for league play next week.
The varsity team is in action at home against Sedro-Woolley Wednesday afternoon and starts the regular season next Tuesday, March 24th at home against defending state champion Snohomish.
