Track 2013-03-04 Jamboree @ OHHS

The 2012-2013 track season started Thursday afternoon with the Island Jamboree at OHHS, featuring the Wildcats, Coupeville, South Whidbey and Lakewood.

Oak Harbor got off to a good start, winning 14 events - 6 for the girls and 8 for the boys.

Girls winners -

Jessica Hollins - 100 and 200m dash champ
Christina Wicker - 1600m run
Ciera Wiser - Javelin and Triple Jump
Claire Anderson - High Jump

Boys winners -

Robert Miller-Hubbel - 200m dash
Noel Cheeseboro - 400m dash
John Rodeheffer - 800 and 1600m run
Jeremy Foster - Shot put
Tyler Adamson - Discus
Chris Hailer - High Jump
Jayden Davilla - Triple Jump

In addition, OH picked up eleven 2nd place finishes

200m - Chris Hailer and Matti Miesle
400m - Suzanne Kaltenback and Stephen Dixon
800m - Sebastian Ceasar
Shot Put - Taylor Deconzo
Javelin - Kekai Tarrant
High Jump - Jacob Olson and Hayley Lundstrom
Triple Jump - Jon Lanningham.
