JV track from Monday

Results pulled from http://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/School.aspx?SchoolID=485

In a quick glance over the results, I saw that Doug Kim posted a PR in the 400m dash with a 1:00 flat time. If you've ever run that race, it's probably one of the toughest races there is. It's considered a sprint, but it's a Loooonnngggg sprint. My hat is off to anyone who runs it regularly.

In the javelin, Anthony Lauersdorf threw the spear just under 87 feet, a 15-foot improvement!

For the girls, Kimberley Kyle dropped over 15 seconds off her 1600 meter time and Shelby Peddie jumped more than a foot and a half further in the long jump, flying for a respectable 14'4".
