Not a whole lot of tennis this week, as most matches were rained out.
On March 26th, the JV team went to Getchell and swept the host Chargers 7-0, and as a bonus, won both exhibition matches.
Hope Drager won 6-3, 6-3
Tamia Rios won 6-1, 6-2
Emma Lerch won 6-1, 7-6(7-2)
Noelle Gasper won 6-3, 6-2
Julia Smith & Taylor Edwards won 6-4, 6-2
Aelizah Espirtu and Brianne Deguzman won 6-2, 6-1
Emily Black and Emily Brown won 6-0, 6-2
Sarah Smith and Natalie Merrill won 8-1
Noelle Gasper won 6-3, 6-2
On March 27th, the varsity team hosted Stanwood and fell 5-2
Wins were picked up by 4th singles AnnaBelle Whitefoot (5-7, 6-3, 6-3) and 2nd Doubles Kiki Dillon and Shayla Allen (2-6, 6-3, 6-3)
The netters will take the week of from play, resuming April 9th with the varsity hosting Everett and JV on the road.
