The Oak Harbor High School boys' tennis squad has played 11 matches this season, and seven of them have come down to one point.

Of course, when you play it so close to the line, the margin of error is remarkably small, as the 'Cats found out again when they were nipped 4-3 at home Thursday, Oct. 8 by Stanwood.

The loss, the second straight by that margin, dropped Oak Harbor to 5-6 overall, 4-5 in Wesco North play.

The Wildcats close out the regular season with two matches next week, traveling to Marysville Oct. 12, then returning home to host first-place Everett on Senior Night Oct. 13.
