The WIAA Representative Assembly voted 42-11 last week to pass Amendment 11A and 11B, adding a 35 second shot clock to high school boys basketball in Washington State.
The new 35 second clock matches what is used at the Collegiate level.
In addition, the WIAA also passed a football "mercy rule", in that when one team is ahead by 45 points, the game will go to a running clock format.
The exact text of all the proposed amendments can be found HERE.
