Girls Tennis 4-15 vs Snohomish

Oak Harbor JV girls tennis played at home against Snohomish on Wednesday afternoon.
It was a taxing day for the OH team. A powerful Panther team paid a visit and gave OH a lesson in tennis. The overall match score was Snohomish 15, Oak Harbor 0.

This was the final match in the first half of the OH tennis season. The only good thing about the day was the weather – a cool but sunny day.

At one point Snohomish had not lost a single game. It was not clear if they had given up more than a half dozen points. Coach Brown remarked that "their players were very gracious in victory."

Undefeated Snohomish also dominated in the varsity matches, winning regulation 5-2 and overall 7-2 #1 and #2 singles Jen Jansen and Erin Neilon were the only winners.
